Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions.
  3. Packaging: Carefully repackage the item in its original shipping box, if possible. Include all original packaging materials. Clearly write the RMA number on the *outside* of the package.
